Terms
& Conditions

By booking a workshop or session, purchasing from our store, or participating in any studio activities, you have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

1. Safety, Conduct & Respect

We aim to create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space for all.

  • For all sessions, participants below 10 years of age must be accompanied by 1 adult (above the age of 18 years old) at all times.

  • Participants and staff must treat each other with respect and kindness.

  • Any form of aggressive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior toward staff, other participants, or property will not be tolerated.

  • If a participant damages studio property, they may be asked to leave the session immediately, and may be responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged items.

  • Our staff members are here to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all. Failure to follow their instructions may result in removal from the session without refund.​

2. Damaging Property

  • Participants are responsible for treating the studio’s property and materials with care.

  • In the case of intentional or accidental damage to property or studio materials, the participant may be asked to leave the session.

  • Costs of repair or replacement for damaged property may be charged to the individual responsible.

3. Studio Rights

  • We reserve the right to make changes to workshop schedules, prices, or policies at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.

  • We reserve the right to check age of participant(s) through Ez-link card / school cards to ensure they meet age requirements.

4. Workshop / Session Bookings

  • We collect a $10 deposit per activity booked, it will be used to offset total bill.

  • All confirmed-bookings are non-refundable.

  • Our studio accepts cash, Paynow, Paylah! (all preferred) and credit cards (visa, master).

  • To reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your session, up to once. 

  • Missed sessions without prior notice will be result in deposit forfeited.

5. Late / No show â€‹â€‹

  • Missed sessions without prior notice will be result in deposit forfeited.

  • If late, session / workshop will end accordingly to the booked timeslot. Fees will not be prorated and time extension is subjected to charges ($10/30mins) and availability. 

  • If late more than 1/2 the duration of activity, it will be considered as no show and booking deposit will be forfeited.

  • It will be up to our studio's discretion that if you are more than 1/2 duration late, that we may allow you to proceed with a later timeslot on the same day of your booking date with an additional late fee per pax without losing your deposit. This is out of goodwill and is subjected to availability, late fee will be $5 per pax. If there is no availability, booking deposit is forfeited.

6. Privacy & Media

  • All personal data collected is used only for internal purposes (e.g., communication, updates, booking reminders).

  • We do not share, sell, or disclose your personal information to any third parties.

  • We may take photos and videos during workshops and events for marketing and promotional purposes (website, social media, etc.).

  • Children’s faces will be blurred in any public media, unless we have written consent from a parent or guardian.

  • If you prefer not to be included in any media, please inform us before the session starts.

7. CCTV Recording for Protection

  • For the safety and protection of all participants, staff, and property, our studio is equipped with CCTV cameras.

  • CCTV footage is used only for security purposes, such as investigating incidents, accidents, or theft.

  • Footage will not be shared or used for any other purpose, unless required by law or in the event of an incident.

8. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped via courier within 7 business days of receiving payment.

  • Tracking details will be sent to the contact information provided at checkout.​

9. Retail/ Product Sales

  • All goods sold are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless:

    • An item is missing or arrives damaged

  • For all refunds and exchanges, we require visual documentation to help us verify.
