 Cancellation, Refunds & Shipping Policy

Below are our studio’s policies to help ensure clarity and care for every activity's booking and order.

1. Workshop / session Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We collect a $10 deposit per activity booked, it will be used to offset total bill.

  • All confirmed-bookings are non-refundable.

  • If you need to reschedule, please inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled workshop start time.

  • If something urgent comes up, contact us before your workshop begins. We’ll do our best to assist and may offer a reschedule on a case-by-case basis.

  • Any requests made after the workshop has started cannot be accommodated.

2. Late or No Show

  • Missed sessions without prior notice will be result in deposit forfeited.

  • If late, session / workshop will end accordingly to the booked timeslot. Fees will not be prorated and time extension is subjected to charges ($10/30mins) and availability. 

  • If late more than 1/2 the duration of activity, it will be considered as no show and booking deposit will be forfeited.

  • It will be up to our studio's discretion that if you are more than 1/2 duration late, that we may allow you to proceed with a later timeslot on the same day of your booking date with an additional late fee per pax without losing your deposit. This is out of goodwill and is subjected to availability, late fee will be $5 per pax. If there is no availability, booking deposit is forfeited.

3. Shipping Policy

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 7 days (1 week) of receiving your order.

  • We ship via trusted courier partners, and once your order is on its way, we’ll send tracking details to the contact information you provided at checkout.

  • Please ensure your contact details are accurate so we can keep you updated on your shipment status.

4. Product Issues & Refund

  • All goods sold are final and non-refundable, unless an item is confirmed missing.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind or orders placed wrongly.

    If your order arrives with a problem:

  • For damaged items, please provide 1 clear photo showing all contents of the parcel as received.

  • For missing items, an unedited video of the unboxing is required from the moment the parcel is opened.

    This helps us verify claims and resolve issues fairly and efficiently.
