Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We know life happens, and we’ll do our best to help! Workshops: We do not offer refunds for workshops. 24 hours’ notice is needed for all reschedule requests. However, if you reach out before the workshop start time, we may consider rescheduling on a case-by-case basis (e.g. sickness). Retail goods: All sales are final. No refunds for goods unless an item is missing. For damaged items, please provide 1 clear photo of all contents. For missing items, we require an unboxing video to process any claims. Thank you for understanding and supporting our studio!
